The club includes Main Building, Administration Building, Multi-purpose hall, ballrooms, 4 squash courts, 3 tennis courts, 3 multi-use courts, health club, swimming pool, kids’ playground, food court area and mosque.
KAF is assigned as the project Main Consultant and the scope of work includes master plan design, architecture, structural, MEP Systems, infrastructure and Landscape design. In addition to periodical site supervision during the construction stage.
