SCAH Project

The Steigenberger Cecil Hotel is one of Alexandria's most celebrated heritage landmarks, occupying a distinguished position on the Mediterranean waterfront since 1929. KAF Consultant provided architectural and interior design consultancy for the hotel's comprehensive renovation and modernisation programme.

The project involved the sensitive restoration of the Cecil's iconic colonial architecture alongside the introduction of contemporary hospitality standards — refurbishing guest rooms, grand public spaces, restaurants, bars, and event facilities while preserving the character that has made the Cecil a defining symbol of Alexandrian cultural and social life for nearly a century.
