Naia West is designed in a New Classical architectural style, spanning a total area of 140 feddans, with a built footprint not exceeding 16%.

The development comprises gated parcels incorporating standalone villas, twin houses, townhouses, and residential buildings, complemented by two commercial buildings, a food court, an administration building, a mosque, a school, and a medical center — forming a well-integrated, self-sustained community with a balanced mix of residential, commercial, and essential service facilities.
