Scope of Work: Complete Design (Rehabilitation) & Construction Supervision

The project objective is to upgrade and develop the existing building to be a luxury restaurant for guests, especially tourists visiting the historic Khan El Khalili district of Cairo.

The restaurant's existing building consists of 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor & 2nd floor) + Roof, with a total built area of approximately 1,000 m².
