Scope of Work: Architect of Record & Landscape

The project is a mixed-use development strategically located in the King Saud University District adjacent to UWALK in Riyadh. The total size of the development is around 103,000 m².

The development is intended to be designed mainly as an office business park consisting of low-rise offices, supporting retail / F&B facilities with surface and full single basement underground parking. The estimated BUA for office buildings is around 109,000 m² and that for retail is around 7,000 m².
