Diamond Mall is located at a unique location at Al Mosheer Axis in proximity to New Cairo and Nasr City. The project will be developed with a total budget of 2 Billion EGP.

The mall is designed to include 2 basements with an area of approximately 50,000 sqm to be used as parking for 1,000 cars and other services, in addition to a ground level open parking with the capacity of 500 cars.

The retail areas are distributed along the ground and four floors with retail area of 100,000 sqm. The mall will include a hypermarket, anchor shops, F&B outlets and several retail outlets. KAF Consultant is responsible for the complete design for the mall.
