The project is a landscape renovation design for a 28,330 m² plot in Tanta, Egypt, and includes a separate fuel station with a supermarket, car services shops, and a franchise restaurant with a plot area of 6,070 m² and a total BUA of 2,270 m².

The landscape renovation design integrates a new restaurant building with a footprint of 1,425 m², with a food court area facing the park’s central lagoon which has an area of 1,440 m².

Other facilities provided in the landscape renovation design include an open-air wedding area, safari-style tents, a tea island and kids area, and a retail strip building with a footprint of 470 m².
