Among the key parcels undertaken by KAF is Parcel No. 1.3B, which has a total area of approximately 13,145 m². Based on the revised land use analysis, the proposed footprint coverage represents 30% of the parcel area, equivalent to approximately 3,988 m², reflecting a reduction of 1,927 m² (15%) compared to the initial footprint coverage of 45%. The development program comprises approximately 120 residential units, supported by 200 resident parking spaces.

In addition to a mosque project located on Parcel No. 1.16, with a total built-up area of approximately 1,045 m². Furthermore, for Parcel No. 4.03, the overall parcel area is approximately 35,522.14 m². The estimated public landscape area is approximately 11,000 m², while the estimated streetscape/frontage area extends to approximately 850 linear meters.
